Return Policy

To protect your shopping rights, Aurasky has formulated the following return policy. Please read and understand this policy carefully before purchasing to ensure a smooth return when needed.

Return conditions

1. Product quality problems or wrong goods:

We guarantee that the goods sold meet the description and quality standards. If you find any quality problems or receive the wrong goods, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods to apply for return or exchange.

2. Unused and original packaging:

The returned goods must remain in the original packaging, including all accessories and gifts (if any). The goods must be unused, unopened and undamaged. If the goods are damaged due to human factors or accessories and gifts are missing, we will not accept returns.

Return process

1. Contact customer service:

Make sure you meet the return conditions, and then contact our customer service team through the aurasky website or designated channels. State the reason for the return and provide your order number, product information and other relevant details.

Our customer service team will provide you with the return address and necessary instructions.

2. Shipping items:

Return the items according to the instructions provided by the customer service team. Make sure the items are well packaged, including all accessories, and keep the return shipping receipt.

3. Waiting for refund:

Once we have received and verified the returned merchandise, we will process your refund immediately. The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping and other charges. The estimated time for the refund to arrive is 7 business days or the time of the payment institution.

Important Notes

1. Return period:

Please contact us within 30 days after receiving the items to apply for return or exchange. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Shipping costs:

For returns due to product quality issues or item errors, the seller will bear the return shipping costs.

For returns due to other reasons (such as personal reasons of the buyer), the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.

3. Refund method:

The refund will be processed using the original payment method. The specific refund time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank or payment platform. Please wait patiently.
